I just want to share another goal accomplished as last weekend I received my HaganaH FIGHT Instructor Certification and My Combat Fitness Coach certification 2 weeks ago. It has been an amazing month.
I want to thank Mike Lee Kanarek for putting together an amazing system that has done so much for me mentally and physically. It is an honor to train at the national headquarters and feel blessed!

After a Saturday of training I did a quick interview with Mike Lee Kanarek. Working hard as always and having fun. I wanted to share this with you here on my personal blog as I discuss this so much.

Started Boot Camp this morning with Mike Lee Kanarek at HaganaH headquarters here in South Florida. In my little time with HaganaH I have rededicated my self into getting into the best shape of my life. With the help of Mike and the team at the headquarters that is happening.
It is amazing in my mid 30’s I slowed down – actually lost a ton of weight and started to feel “old”. Changing your mindset then making it happen can truly be life changing. I am now in the best shape of my life and have amazing energy and confidence. I am currently at 165LBs working to 170LBs.

In other news, we are about a month away from launching MorningCoach 3.0. The whole team is working hard to get it ready and I am so pumped about how this is going to help people change their lives!
The podcast is still number 1 on Itunes and I have been getting into social networking.
I will also be out at BLOG WORLD this year in Vegas, I just found out – so hopefully we can meet up!

Life is just on amazing journey!
Just a quick update on what is going on. I am leaving for Colombia tomorrow to disconnect! Going to visit the wonderful Tayrona park and relax and get charged up because when I get home it time to work on MC 3.0!
MC 3.0 is going to be the worlds first interactive personal development website – I am sure 0ur 13,000 users are going to love it and it is going to grow into and amazing place for life changes to begin.
Mike Magdelano will be a guest podcaster this week and I am sure everyone will love him – he normally does Saturdays on the number 1 rated podcast on iTunes MorningCoach.
I continue to work hard in the Haganah system. I started Israeli Tactical Knife Fighting. Working out here at Haganah headquarters with Mike Lee Kanerek is amazing – I am in the best shape of my life and getting better – set the goal for the black belt in a year – and I know that will be achieved!
Not only do a feel more safe – the practical aspects for mind – body – spirit with Haganah are amazing. I will post some videos in the future of our combat fitness and how hard we work.
Life is good – I will miss all of you – but going to the jungle for some much needed rest – have fun and have a happy 4th of July!
Seven more days till I am 40! Wow, it is hard to imagine. I feel like I am 22 LOL.
The thing I like about this blog is it is kind of a new public journal, and you know me I put it all out there. I have just not got in the habit of writing all my thoughts. I would rather speak them.
Well as I make plans for the next 10 years I keep thinking where do I want to go? As in my last post I am really into simplifying and putting more emphasis on family life and doing the basic things. My immediate goal is to get MorningCoach.com working better and creating a better experience for the users.
I am going to keep going forward in Haganah and work towards my Black Belt and staying in amazing shape. I am currently still around 160 and feeling amazing.
It is amazing how much I understand about manifestation, but everyday I learn so much more. It is so basic and I think that is what makes it so hard. The understanding that we are creating at all times. That our thoughts are bringing things into our lives and it is not some fake positive thing. It is really what is happening. This ability to create and live in freedom is such a wonderful experience this thing called life.
Stay positive and keep the faith – keep learning and keep moving forward.
